I am looking for an awesome person to manage the discord server.
This is a serious part time job. Serious applications only please

Required Responsibilities:
  • Make sure community grows
  • Manage people on discord server
  • Make sure rules are followed in server
  • Grow the discord server
Minimum Qualifications
  • Should have managed a discord server with more than 100+ people
  • Minimum age: 15
  • Must have proper electronic devices to take voice calls at-least
Perks:
  • Discord Nitro (as long as your employed)
  • Manager Perks
  • Can add roles to server
  • Minimum Pay: 30$/hr (Will increase based on your profile and experience)
  • Steam Game keys
  • and much more
Interview Rounds:
  • Introduction Round: We have a bunch of discord servers. Based on your profile you will short-listed for a discord server. An introduction round will be conducted to answer all your queries regarding the role. (30 mins max)
  • Manager Experience Round: This round will test your leadership and management skills. (30 mins max)
  • Final Offer Negotiation Round: Your terms of service and our terms of service would be discussed based on which an offer will be given to you if your hired. (10 mins max)

I have mentioned it, if your selected you will be called for interview rounds. Right now its like we won't contact rejected applications, but i will talk with other recruiters and request them that we can send at-least an email or discord message saying there application is rejected. Don't take rejection to your heart if it happens, failures are stepping stones for success.

30$ per hour... Is this a mistype and should be per day/week or what? No McM manager, however good, is ever worth even 30$ per day.

This whole thread seems just a tad bit sketchy for anyone actually interested in working for a community. Why on earth would you need 5 recruiters? Why would you need more than one Manager? The "Job Responsibilities" section is especially interesting. You're telling us that you need more than one manager to "manage people on discord"? I'm sorry, but for any real manager to take this seriously, your thread is going to need a lot more info, starting with a better job description and believable pay.
