Looking for exclusive Skyblock Server Spawn

Hi,

Because we do not have time to commission a custom build, we are looking for a seller who's got an exclusive, pre-built edition that is close to our description below.

There is no budget, but please stay reasonable with your pricing. Only buying from members with good-standing reputation. Please be a member for longer than today. All business will be conducted through DM (meaning you should contact me), and Skype requests will not receive a response.

Description: The Skyblock spawn will be based on a single large island, following a fantasy-like theme. It should be decorated enough so that it is playful and welcoming for players. There must be a variety of features available, both on the main spawn island as well as on smaller island that are connected to the main build.

There must be a decently sized mob grinder, dedicated crates area for 4 crates, enchanting zone for 3 different level enchants and a a small PvP arena with space for about 10-15 sign shops before entering the actual PvP zone. On top of that, there must be space for a few leaderboard NPCs (villagers players can click for leaderboards). We'll need 3 of these.

Make sure there is enough structure. Don’t hesitate to mess around with houses, buildings, windmills,... whatever you think might fit with the theme. The spawn shouldn’t be too plain.
