Looking for Experienced Co-Owner to commit time and help develop (No financial backing needed)

Hello, My name is Sargeo12, I'm 22 from the UK and I am the Owner of RisingHeroes. The server first started in 2012 and I have been a player since 2014, acquiring the server in January 2023, after it closed in 2018.

My Experience
I have been playing Minecraft since 2012 and have been a staff member for many different servers over the years, with the server I am discussing today being one of them. I have been a Developer, Administrator and Manager of the most successful segment of the RisingHeroes Network, Prison, which secured 100 players average. I have also ran servers before in absence of the owners and have also helped many different owners over the years. I am not going to talk to you about how popular I am or how many vouches I have, but I will say I am passionate and caring for both the community I have been apart of and the Minecraft community in general. (but I can provide vouches from people if required)

About the Server
At its peak RisingHeroes achieved 300 players consistently and I believe this potential can be reached with the correct balance of player focused content, financial backing as well as development and management that will help propel the server forward. I currently am looking for someone to help finish the Prison Server, with the intent to expand RisingHeroes back into the Network it once was. The only reason I am offering this is because I am working full time and unable to offer major development time on the server, nor to a standard expected by modern MC standard. If I could I would keep full ownership to myself but I understand to help players and to launch the server to full potential I require another experienced member to come on board.

The Community
I have a Dev and 9 staff members with a mixture of experience and server knowledge ready to go as well as a small (but guaranteed) playerbase with likely donations if done successfully. I have a discord server with 102 people in, and I'd say around half of those are online users. We all share history with each other and get on well, and I know that a new co-owner will be greatly received too. The Server is 90% finished with custom builds and the majority of permissions and plugins all setup but it just requires the final touches and donator permissions and crates which I currently have a developer doing.
