Looking for experienced developer

Hello, my name is Quager and I am here today looking for an experienced developer that is flexible/creative. I was once in the minecraft scene until I moved on into the CSGO Gambling community where I've made my fair share of money and now I want to go back into the mc community.

What am I looking for exactly?
- Dev that can develop complex plugins/simple ones as well for a server that I once ran

My experiences/what I bring to the table
- Age 14 started out with minecraft servers, first server I made $2-3k from and later sold it for another $1k.
- Later went on to CSGO Gambling sites and am still involved in that scene which I handle marketing, investments, and day to day stuff. I have met many people that most people will never get to talk to/communicate with.


How would you be paid?
- I'd like to offer a share in the server to keep you engaged in the site and want to always be actively engaged in the project.
- If you prefer not to have a share, I can pay either a weekly rate or per plugin that you make but preferably a share.

I’m not very well know within the MCM Realm since I dedicate much of my time to SpigotMC forums. However, I’d like to vouch for Chris. He’s a talented person with a creative and innovative mind. His work and skill level has really advanced in the last year or so and there’s no doubt he’ll be a great partner.
