Hello All,


I am here today on behalf of the Mirage Studios/PvPLabs Management Team.We are Looking for numerous Developers with Factions experience for either part/full-time development work. We have a terrific relationship with a vast majority of the Factions Developers in the community and are always looking to expand our talent. We have had over 2 dozen developers in our employee over our 4 month period, with minimal employee turnover however with our break from the gamemode we are once again looking for more talent. Previously we have had known developers such as Jerry, Golfing, Trendy, Kieran, Nibblesnow and many others as full time or casual developers for our server, they will all atest to the positive experience they had on pvplabs including always being paid generously and on time, with full time developers recieving bonuses for impressing us. Our current lead developer "KingpinJordan" will be assisting myself in recruiting and interviewing potential staff.

Let me just provide a quick brief of what PvPLab is for some of you non faction/Skyblock players. PvPLab is a competitive network with significant focus on factions hosting 5 of the most competitive maps back to back to back over the summer period in 2021. Below I have attached a list of a handful of our accomplishments.

  • Made $100,000+ in one map
  • Have over 100,000 joins within a 4 month period
  • Have an extremely reputable, qualified and successful management team
  • Have a variety of high quality assets, logos, banners, crypto panels, websites etc
  • Have a vast amount of Developers, System Admins, Designers and our companies Laywer (Silvio) on call 24/7.

Budget: We will not be posting our budget publicly. We are more then happy to discuss prices in private. Payment will be hourly.

Requirements:
  • Must have 1 Year Experience with Factions
  • Must have 3 days availability
  • Must have Discord
  • Must be able to produce high quality cleanly coded plugins
  • Must have coded relevant factions plugins (Not Essential but encouraged)
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of the factions gamemode
Application Process:

1. Add me on Discord and send me your portfolio
2. If acceptable, you will be added to a group chat with 1-2 managers to discuss further topics such as previous experience, skill level, available time, and price.
3. If accepted, you will be taken on for a trial period of 1 week. If you fail the trial period, you will receive whatever the week of work was worth. If you succeed, you'll be on the team, and the payroll.

Well I added him followed the instructions and he just said "Did not follow instructions, not interested" then blocked me.

Hey, I can make a calculator app in java, do I qualify? or do I have to wait 10 years after I code the new google to help you with your factions server

someone with all the IT and Java certification shows up but only has 364 days of experience instead of 365, this guy goes "applicant not accepted"
