Looking for Experienced Developers to Partner with network

Hello Developers,

My name is Jon. I've been running MC servers for several years. One problem that Ive faced has been obtaining custom features through plugins. Throughout the years ive partnered with developers for various projects and something always seems to go wrong. As Ill be blunt with the list below:

Generally developer's I hired would say:
- is busy with school
- computer broke
- going on vacation
- busy on other projects
- is 'stuck' on figuring out how to fix the bug but delays it inevitably
- wants more $ for fixing a bug that he caused
- makes me spend hours testing with him finding bugs wasting a lot of my time
- lost motivation for minecraft

Now Im looking for someone that will not give excuses but provide results. As I have the will and means to grow a server, I expect the same from those who I do work with. I am looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, and strives to do the best work that they can do. Someone who is creative and enjoys coming up with new ideas and bouncing things back and forth.
