LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED FULL TIME DEVELOPER

hello, i currently own a server with a decent size playerbase which averages 20-40 on weekdays and 50+ on weekends at a peak of 80+. Recently ive been thinking that the standards are going down due to lack of development. i am looking for a developer that can code java well as well as fix bugs/glitches and you must be fluent with servers if you want to become my developer.

i do not need that much coding done, just in general bug fixes etc. we will start off by screenshare and soon give you console access after we trust each other. i also require that you are active.

What i offer:

payment, my budget is not too high at the moment.
Console overtime
OP with full perms overtime
