Looking for Experienced MC Server Partner (Over $5,000 made)

Hi, I'm KyCraft. I have been running minecraft for over 3 years and have made over $5,000. Every server I have ran, I've done all the work myself. Plugins/Configuration/Builds/Donations/Updates/Advertising. I'm looking for a experienced partner to work with me. I would call the server 'OURS' and we'd both be owners.

- Atleast the age of 16
- Able to talk with a mic (on skype)
- Able to invest money into the business
- Can dedicate time to working on the server
- Able to supply some sort of information of experience in MC servers

I've made $5,000 total over the 3 years. And I'm not looking for a partner because I need money, I'm looking at a partner that can basically be a second owner with me. Advertise/help produce updates. It's very stressful in school trying to manage a server by myself, when I am basically the whole backbone.
