We are currently looking for a dedicated developer/configurator to join our team and help us finalize and maintain our Factions server on version 1.21.4. What we need?
Strong experience with plugin configuration and overall server maintenance
Previous work with Factions servers (highly preferred)
Basic knowledge or experience with DarkZone-type systems/plugins and the ability to help design or build a working system
Good design sense and aesthetics so configurations look clean, professional, and well-structured
(We will provide a few examples of the style we’re aiming for.)
This is not an overly serious or stressful role, the main focus is polishing configurations, improving systems, and helping the server feel complete and high quality. About the project:
The server has been in development since the first map on 1.8
Over $3000 has already been invested into the project
We are committed to a proper long-term release and growt
Payment:
Payment will be provided after the server launch
You will receive a percentage of revenue until the initial project debt is covered
After that, we can discuss a long-term position or new payment structure
