Looking for Experienced Partner, Just Bought the Host Today

I'm looking for someone who knows the ins and outs (at least to some amounts) of running a server. As said in the title, the server is completely new, and is in the same state as any other newly bought servers. I've some experience with owning a server, and I've been staff a few time. I'm also looking for a developer with the ability and knowledge to create completely custom contents, unlike gamemodes and stuff you find in most servers.
