Looking for experienced plugin developers

Hi, I am currently working on starting a new SMP server, and I am looking for an experienced plugin developer who is able to create custom plugins for both Velocity and Bukkit-based platforms, and possibly forks of Velocity and Petal (the server software I am currently using), should the need arise. My plan to create a custom experience with custom items (through CustomModelData), custom blocks (through unused blockstates), custom mobs, and a custom world generation with custom biomes and dimensions. I also have a few smaller features planned. I'll also need a security plugin to handle bans, mutes, etc. If you think you might be able to help with a project like this, please feel free to message me, thanks for reading!
