Looking for experienced React developers & web designers (not a service team)

Hey BuiltByBit, I am Skythz and I've been designing and developing websites for about 6 years.

I work with local businesses a lot, and as the amount of work coming in is more than I can handle myself, I'm creating a small team to take on some of the projects with me.

Everything will be kept to a very, very high standard. The work pays well but I expect no corners cut.

Requirements for React developer

• Extensive experience with ReactJS - Must!
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, as well as use Github.

Huge plus if you:

• Are experienced with TailwindCSS
• Are experienced with NextJS
• Are experienced with Axios
• Are experienced with AnimeJS

Requirements for Website Designer

• Extensive experience with Figma, AdobeXD, or a similar software.
• Familiarity with UI and UX concepts (hierarchy, color consistency, etc).
• Great communication skills and ability to express your vision to developers.
• Creativity.

The team is based in Israel but all nationalities are welcome.
