Hello!
I have a project that I need a system administrator for.
Our project is expected to work in the following way:

1- When a request to a certain rest api comes, I need you to be able to spin up a docker container for a website which sets up nginx, ssl cert, and mongodb.

2- Maintaining a Website (Needs to be able to handle many requests, some rate limiting to prevent ddos attacks, auto restart on crash)
