Hey, all!

I'm Bubbers, and as most can assume due to the fact I'm posting in the established servers section, an aspiring server owner.

I'm looking to purchase a FACTIONS server with a SOMEWHAT ESTABLISHED PLAYERBASE (10-30 players or higher)

BEFORE SELLING READ THE TERMS BELOW:

1. YOU AGREE TO SELL THE SERVER ONCE AND ONLY ONCE. I'm not looking to purchase a server that's going to be mass sold, so please keep this in mind.
2. YOU MUST PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY PROOF OF OWNERSHIP (Files, proof of plugins, graphics, domains, Preferably a test server)
3. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO COMMUNICATE THROUGHOUT AND AFTER THE PURCHASE PROCESS. (This includes simple questions following the purchase. Constant communication must be guaranteed.

BUDGET: My budget is $60-70, please don't offer anything over that.
