The style and typography is inconsistent and you should learn about proper whitespace. Just those things alone would put you above many thread designers already selling on MCM.

If you are into making them for fun then this is something great for you to get into. But if you are in it for the money sadly thread designs sell for next to nothing on mcm (5-10$).

I don't mind how much i get its just more for fun coz making server is getting boring for me and i want to learn new things[DOUBLEPOST=1487082227][/DOUBLEPOST]

Lots and lots of practice. Take a look at posts on Dribbble/Behance for inspiration and how to keep to one style well. Same goes for typography.
To fix these kinds of mistakes, just use a ruler in photoshop/illustrator.

There are tons of resources on the internet about design and how to execute it well, you just have to search for it
