Agreed, Not many good builders will waste their time for this. If you cant afford builder you wont be able to afford custom plugins/website. Players wont stick around if you don't put money into it so I highly doubt you will be big enough for builders to get a return...

Donations are not gaurunteed, if you can't even afford a spawn you really should not be making a server at all.
