Looking for free builders for a group (paid later on)

• Hey, my IGN is 5eh and I'm looking for developers who are willing to work at my server for free until we open (then I'll pay), firstly I plan on growing the server using all the staff I can find then grow to sell custom servers as well as make a lot of servers and either sell them and use it as our own to grow. I am looking for all types of positions, so if you are interested just comment or look discord link.
• I am looking for all positions however I am able to do the majority of the positions myself, such as graphic design the logo, make the website, build and configure plugins (I can't make plugins) as I can do all this on my own I sadly find it boring to work on my own and want help from others, together we grow our network and get paid handsomely, I plan on paying after each donation until we successfully grow to a network and give each individual staff (who are high up/developers,admins,co-owners) their own server to capital off of.
• I am 15 and I need experienced staff who are dedicated and typically free, I am not available for the next 3 weeks however, which is highly inconvenient but after that we can surely grow to be a good network. All staff will receive a job to work on and will nearly always be busy.

I can high guarantee donations, but by a small chance that there isn't, I can pay the staff for what they have done with my own money, although that isn't preferable I'm just paying them for their work and keeping the server onto my computer until needed, honestly I have amazing ideas for my servers which made and make them creative and unique, I do usually include drop parties and whatnot but I don't make it overpowered nor a need to make the server reset within the first week

I'm sorry but since 2014 guaranteeing high donations is a bad move.
That said, you've answered the question fair enough, so only the risk of a lot of people suddenly being removed from the team and/or banned from the server before payment occurs remains, and that's not really something you can solve up front without paying people partially up front, so people will just have to risk it eh?

good point, I only intend on kicking out staff if either 1. I have too many of that position (usually it's configurators, its easy and free to do and fast.) or 2. Not helping to their full extent, such as being a dick or whatnot. I hate kicking out staff on my old servers n only kicked them out for those two reasons.
