What do you need done?

RPG type plugins, such as armor, has specific armor ratings, like 'Leather chestplate (257 Defence)' 'Leather chestplate (328 Defence)' Both leather chestplates but one if better!

An RPG server is way harder than other server types, so it's highly unlikely you'll get a dev wanting to do this for you for free.
