I doubt youll find any free developers. The cheapest Ive seen for an experienced dev is 350 USD per month. There probably are cheaper devs but I wouldn't imagine you could get a decent dev for under 150 USD per month.

Cognito your completly right, I am a experienced dev and get paid atleast 450 USD a month

You will be surprised how many people are not professional, are are just doing it for the experience and vouches, I don't need pros to be doing it

Im not sure, my dev team tells me what needs to be done
