Looking for /freeze plugin

hey

i was wondering if anyone had a /freeze plugin that i could use for freezing hackers or just players. I want to be able to add a custom message like "Get in teamspeak" or something.

I want to be able to edit the message myself. Thanks.

I recommend using the "HCFStuff" plugin, it contains an amazing freeze plugin.. More possibilities, like when the player moves, it sends a message! Pretty cool
