I am looking for a full time developer for my server. It already has a good base of plugins, with minimul errors. It already has a pretty decent player base as well. This will be a paid position, so I am looking for someone who is dedicated, reliable, and is really good at coding and config. Developers on my server get paid a 20% cut of all server profits every season along with a signing bonus given after completing their first month, with a smaller bonus given when they first join the team.
