Over the past couple of months, I've been working on an undisclosed network. I've been the sole game designer behind the network and now I'm looking for somebody to come in just to bring in fresh ideas. The gamemode focuses around skyblock and you'd be paid hourly for full documentation of ideas. I have a full team of developers already working on different aspects of the server. Thus far, we have already accomplished many amazing things including:
Full 2000x2000 Adventure Map
Instancing (Dynamically generated servers to handle an Infinite amt. of players on 1.18*, essentially what Hypixel has with their skyblock network)
Load Balancing between those servers
A load of custom features (PVE, Minions, Etc)
Server is completely custom from the ground up, we don't even touch EssentialsX.
I haven't played Minecraft for a year or two and I haven't been super invested into any other Skyblock gameplay, so I'm specifically looking for someone with tons of Skyblock Experience to help create our gamemode. With us, you know that your work matters and that it will be a part of the final product. Above all, I'm looking for someone that's passionate and motivated towards being part of a huge project.
