Not sure what sever it is, however most likely it is a custom plugin.

It's a faction server, so far I see there are 3 servers using this plugin like PvPLab, Minecadia and JartexNetwork. Did a lot of searching but still can't find it.

As i said likely custom, which mean the hired a developer that made it for them. Each of them could hire developer to make the plugin. I know PvPLab and Minecadia and i doubt they would be using open plugins since it is easily backdoorable.

Yea, I'm also thinking they hired a developer to make for them since I can't find it so the problem solved for now. Thanks for the answer!
