Looking for good builder to revamp small factions spawn and warzone

I need a trusted, good builder to revamp a prebuilt spawn I purchased and pasted into my warzone. the spawn came with its own smaller warzone in whole about 275x275 so that will also need to be revamped as well (since the bigger warzone has what I'm looking for its as easy as copy and pasting) on a tight budget!
