Looking for good HCF & Terrain Makers (Willing to pay)

Hello everyone

So i am looking for good terrain makers for my HCF Server, the map should not be with big oceans, and there should be some custom trees etc. There should be a good bit of sand biomes around 3 (the sand biomes should be a mix between 75% normal sand and then 25% red sand) And on the map there should be boosted ores time like 3 or 4. And also there should be a lot more caves
