Looking for good Hosting and Art designing

Hallo so i am working on a new factions server with a dev from woodycraft. And i am looking for some good hosting and art design to start out with.

Hosting needs to be able to hand things ect. I have a budget around 100usd for this.

Art just needs to be good to start out with. We need a logo and a animated banner with a budget around 40usd on that.

All these budgets can change around. Really depens on what u are offering or your friend are offering.

Just want to ask if u have any experience holding big severs with around 100+ players on?

I've sold machines to server owners with servers that large but never managed an actual server that size. When servers are that big it comes down to optimizing the plugins, not the machine.
