My network is in need of a new spawn, and we would like to have one exclusively made.

The spawn will be 150 x 150, and be mostly terrain based. (forest theme)

We're preferably looking for a individual builder / buildteam, where there is no finder's fee and the money will go straight to the people who completed the build.

I told him that i needed the money for a phone bill and car insurance. I mentioned that I don't have a portfolio but I could throw together some builds so he can see my work. He blocked me after a little while which is very suspicious.
