Looking For HCF Server Developer

I am here looking for someone that can develope a whole HCF server. I don't have any money atm and I understand this is a site that people use to make money but I would like to work with someone that I can make an payment agreement with. You won't find anyone who is experienced to make you a HCF server for a payment plan, people want to be paid at least half up front or you could fuck them over.

I understand where you are coming from.. I have a plan to pay something atleast to get it started and then when server donations come in I will pay back what is needed as soon as it comes in. I know it sounds like a lot but not everybody is rich/nor has the money to start out as a new MC server owner.

Thanks... hope someone will understand what I'm talking about and will be willing to help. All people have to understand is they will be paid as soon as I get the money but the internet is so messed up these days everybody is scared of scams and that's why it's so hard to find and trust people like me asking for help.

Why not just wait until you get your money? Wouldn't it make hiring a developer a lot easier?

Well that's the thing... I have no way to make the money and I think making a server and hiring a developer to go along with me I could pay monthly or weekly off donations. If that makes sense.

The developer would have to invest his time into coding a plugin and not getting paid unless the server is successful. And even if it is successful (very low chance if you don't have a budget for a website, hosting, advertising, teamspeak, domain, graphics, plugins, etc.) you could still just scam him out of his money.

That's exactly what I was talking about earlier.. The internet is so fucked that it's hard for anybody to trust anybody anymore.

It's not even all about trust. You're asking a developer to code a large plugin without any guaranteed pay. Only if the server succeeds and you get donation money. So even if you weren't going to scam him, he could completely waste his time.

If the plugin(s) the developer would be making is what will end up paying them through donations, then they could just make the plugin(s) and get 100%.

I found a developer to go through my plan... Not paying him till after SOTW and his setup is an entire custom core that he has showed me so I'm going to have to say just cause you guys wanna do everything for money there is always someone out there that is trusting so he has trusted me and I have paid him half and I have the core.[DOUBLEPOST=1479313682][/DOUBLEPOST]

I recommend saving up your money and purchasing a developers service or buying custom plugins. It would be extremely hard to find a developer to work for donations especially considering there are so many HCF servers already out there. Good luck with your server though!

Read my last message... I feel like you guys are in it just for the money which is ok, it's not my decision to make but you could lighten up a bit and be more trusting.

It's not trust for me, it's the fact that a developer could make it for themselves and get 100% profit without you.

That's fine and I totally respect what you think but I think Me/Others see it from a different point of view so I'm just going to go ahead and stop this conversation because I have found what I was looking for and no need to argue this. Good day.
