Looking For HCF Tab Plugin

Looking for a HCF Tab plugin that I can easily edit via Config.

Can you give a little more info than 'hcf tab plugin'? I could say I want a command plugin and there are endless possibilities of what that plugin can do. What's the difference between a regular tab plugin and an hcf tab plugin?

- 1.7/1.8 compatible or just 1.

- what do you want it to show?

- what plugin do you want it to hook into?
