Looking for Help on Custom Market/Sellix Site

So im looking for some help here and there on a sellix site that I made.

Looking for A LOT to be done to it but gonna break it down into several smaller jobs.

Right now i am looking for
-Some basic logo redesign's of the products I sell.
-Import different / custom chat widget for customers to get ahold of the staff If ever needed.
-Categorize / "Clump" the products of similar items together
-An added page for Links / feed back imported from other markets
-Product # Of Veiws
-Visitor Hit Counter
-Guest Book
-Timer/Count Down for any rewards/give away's
-a Multi-Vendor feature where I can allow other people to sell there products on the site
-Staff Page for contact info that is available for the consumer
-Vouchers page for customers to leave feedback after purchasing an item
- Add / Import a section for advertisement banners

Whoever is interested in the job must
- be able to do the work at a decent pace and not drag a project out
- be honest and upfront
- willing to compromise on ideas or work ability such as i am
(example, you cant do this feature, but how about if we do this)
