Looking for help with my Minecraft SMP Server

I have had this server setup and waiting for over a year and a half now, it's near completion but without a team or community behind the project I lose the motivation to complete it and launch it quite easily. I am hoping to find a few people who would be interested in working with a server from the ground up, I have poured well over $2k into custom plugins, branding, and various expenses over the last 18-24 months. Personally I don't care if I make much money from this server, it will be monetized to take care of itself and the rest of the earnings split amongst the team.

I'd love to speak with anyone who can help with any of the following:

• Posting and monitoring pre-made short form content on @MineOnward accounts
• Assisting with some light plugin configuration, or more complex configs if interested
• Moderating and managing the players that we attract as we grow

& anything else you might be able to offer!

I am happy to pay per project/task completed while we finalize launching, then profits split equally among partners and further direct payments for completed tasks.
