Developer - Previous experience in Faction servers and how they run
Plugin Manager - Previous experience with plugins, possibly owned your own server/co-owned.

Dev's send list of plugins you have made and what you most accomplished plugin was etc.

I'm not saying this to be a dick or to discourage you from making this server. Faction servers are dead, they're well over used and so many around that no one finds them fun anymore or unique. Unless you can make this server so unique people forget its factions or bring something new to the factions game it'll be quite useless.

This is my perspective on faction servers.

They aren't dead, you just have to figure out a way of making it unique and making it custom

But then again you can say that to alot of gamemodes tbh. Factions is the best thing closest to vanilla competition or that that you are basically changing the game

I kinda agree. I'm now putting my server on this market. It set off well, for about one a half years it was going amazingly, but it gradually died. You have to do resets, constant updates, and it'll get to a point where the same players just won't play because it's on repeat.

New players will have stuff not as good, new players just raid/kill them as soon as they start (Killing can be prevented with PvP Timer but raiding is pretty hard to prevent). I mean, you could allow their faction to be unraidable for a few days when they start but then again, there's alt accounts, abuse with claiming can happen, etc.

I can help by the way. I have Adobe Creative Suite on my laptop and know how to configure plugins easily. I'm up for quick help if you need it.
