Looking for Helpers and Moderators for up and coming Factions server

The server is going to mainly be vanilla factions using plugins like crazy crates, saber factions, shop gui+, bedrock and java compatibility etc . Their most likely will be custom plugins in the future after release but pre-release and on release it will be the normal plugins associated with factions. The server itself is going to named Daemon Craft Factions, however in the future we may add more then one game mode like an smp or skyblock. We plan on starting up the server itself this Friday (not for the public, i get payed this Thursday so there is a delay.) and we plan on completeting it in 2-3 weeks easily. The first priority will be building spawn using paid builder(s) so we can start promoting the server, getting people into the discord to get ready for server release, etc. Expectations for moderators is first and foremost this is not a paid position, it is strictly voluntary and pay should not be an expectation. Moderators (depending if you are a jr or sr mod) will be responsible for moderating chat (mostly going to be done by helpers), monitoring if anyone is using cheats, kicking players if necessary, banning players if nessecary (exclusive for sr mods and up) and making sure the community is in good health. You will not get op for a moderator position however you will have access to vanish, teleporting, etc.
