Why are you applying for our server:
To be honest with you I can bring a whole variety of things to the Factions sever . I know this might sound generic to you but I can bring the Factions Sever fun, pleasant and happy times with great experiences. The reason for this is to lower the toxicity that I have noticed going around. I feel like creating joyful experiences would bring people closer together so they are not cussing each other out every five seconds. I know this mind seem hard to believe and that is your choice. I know that not everyone is going to be friends but at least everyone can become civil and relax for once.
Secondly, I can bring my knowledge of Factions to the players that do not understand a whole lot about the game mode. For instance if a new player joins and does not understand the aim of the game I can let them know the basic idea of what to do and if they have any further queries I will most certainly help them. For all the times I have played on the server and sometimes others I have realised that when players write in chat saying they need help no one actually helps them. This is also on the TeamSpeak.
With screen sharing I have learnt the basics as I have been around when a staff member was screen sharing someone. This allows me into the future to screen share players and not get hesitant if I do not know what to do and look for.
When I am chatting / playing with people on the TeamSpeak I notice how a lot of people need help and they are in the waiting rooms for a very long time and most of the time their issues never get resolved. Lastly, I feel that the biggest thing I can bring to Hydra is my maturity level. You may have spoken to me before in TS3 and think I am not mature at all and disagree with my statement. Well that when I am joking around with my friends but, I can assure to you when it is needed I can be a very mature person as I know when to stop and when to act responsible towards fellow players.

I would be very committed and do all the tasks I need to have completed. I would cooperate well with other players and help the Server and Community
has much as possible. I think you need someone with commitment and dedication for this important role. I will always stay calm and handle situations maturely. I would dedicate time helping players with their needs. I think I have the commitment and dedication for this role. I am very good at spotting out cheaters to legit players. I can tell by the movements of a player and what they do to determine them from a legit player or cheater/hacker. I believe responsibility is a very big aspect of being staff on a server. As a staff member, you will be granted with lots of power and responsibility. Therefore it shouldn't be falsely used misconducted. I would not make the mistake of letting problems not be fixed. I know that I will make mistakes along the way and I would not hide the mistakes I made. I will be respectful to everyone I meet and my attitude will not change. I am a very respectful person and I am very responsible.

Past Experience: I've been staff on 2 servers that I consider decent. The other servers were just minor and closed within a matter amount of months. The 2 servers were called EireCraft and Castle Crafters, but I got demoted and banned on both for pointing out the owner's flaws which I suppose I should have never done? Although, the second one thought I was hacking when it was only a bug from the recent updates with Minecraft such as going from 1.7 to 1.8 which then the owner thought I was using anti-knockback. I got demoted a few times on CC because the owner apparently personally hated me, but I never gave up and kept applying and getting accepted by the admin or formally known as a co-owner. Now, EireCraft just was a money whore who allowed regular users to purchase OP and Co-Owner for $500. I didn't think much of it as I thought nobody would spend that amount of money on a rank such as that! Although, I was wrong, someone did and someone did not behave like a proper co-owner would. He would abuse his powers, and I would speak against him due to me thinking he wasn't exactly on the staff team. He didn't apply for it and nor did he work for it, but all he did was pay for it. Therefore, it led me to getting tons of demotions till I had to be demoted to a default, but I had an issue because I was helping fixing up a grief using CoreProtect which meant I had inspector on. I had to toggle it to turn it off, but the owner was too damn lazy and decided to just ban me.
Now, those are my past experiences, and my future experiences, I hope to be better! I hope to be a part of this server and I have applied onto another server that the name will be disclosed for the time being, but I can say it may succeed as the person also has an MC-Market account on here. He was formerly a well known moderator on this market and has accepted me to be apart of his team.

I don't have a specific schedule because sometimes I may be busy on those times hence I don't live alone where I can pick and choose when I want to do something. Yes, living with a family makes you busy as well because they always assign you chores.

Why are you applying for our server: I would like to be apart of this successful server. I have some time on my hands that I would like to use for more experience. I actually want to get active in a community and have been looking for a while, but none seemed to suit for me and so being a helper or chat moderator could help me engage into the community hence you're just watching over the chat. Although, I may be watching the chat for rule breakers, but I would also like to talk to the players as I'm watching over to have some fun and maybe give in some of my thoughts and opinions into the conversations they may be having.

When it's in instant chat messaging or even a long application like this, I'm always typing formally for the readers to not have their eyes bleed in help for the words to be capitalized, or to stop using texting language!
