No offense though paying low ranks is a horrible way to manage a server imo. While it does give an incentive for better work, it attracts the wrong type of people normally.
Lmaoo, people wanting to get paid for working is the wrong type of people? Staff are very undervalued on servers, they’re some of the most important contributors. Attention received would be from people trying to become staff and get paid for their efforts, it’s completely normal.
