Looking for high quality logo | budget: $100-$125

Hello everybody, hope everyone is having a good day.

Going to make this quite short as no point in trying to beat going around the bush.
As the title says, I am looking for a logo/icon that is on the
same quality as TotallyDrawns or BratuDraws work.

My budget is around $100-$125
