Hi MCM!
I've been using MCProHosting for my server over the last month, and while they do the job, paying $40 a month just isn't doing it for me- especially because we probably have to upgrade soon, and I'm absolutely not willing to pay $40 for only 3,500mb. I'm looking for a new host but I don't know who to go with, as I've only ever used mcprohosting.
I'm hoping to be able to cut our monthly cost in half while still keeping the same features, and from what I've seen on other hosts, that seems reasonable.
A few things I'd really love to have:
-Free backups/daily or weekly backups. I want a failsafe, just in case.
-FTP File access
-Good support team and user-friendly interface (I'm not the most tech-savvy when it comes to servers, so this is very important to me)
-Free/paid migration from my current host to the new host with minimal downtime. I don't know how to do this, I'm willing to pay for it to happen but it's the most vital thing.
