Just buy it on hetzner and get remote ddos protection... do a GRE tunnel from OVH... tbh if you configure it correctly its better then path, if not well you can always get a path tunnel ig :/
There is tempest wich is on path network with better settings so its actually pretty good and low bypasses but its very expensive... A 5950X on tempest would be around $500 tho you get a 10gbit unmetered & dedicated port and its watercooled.
There is Zare wich has very good default protection and reasonably priced machines. tho i dont think they exactly offer ryzen and their protection caps at 160gbps because they are using a corero smartwall array... pretty solid tho
I know you are looking for Path.net but here is a big [WARNING]:
If you are gonna get a path server get it from tempest or colocate it directlty from path, most hosting companies that advertise "12tbit/s path protection" tend to cheap out by getting on demand protection wich only toggles on after a heavy and long attack... they often missconfigure the filters wich is very bad because path is sensitive and needs access to firewall manager so you can configure it correctly for it to work with your server... so yeah dont get it on a random host because if someone decides to attack you will be down 15-30minutes while they enable on-demand protection and that is if the attack is even that big for it to trigger protection.
