Today I am looking for minecraft company which could host my server in Europe. I am looking for 8 RAM server plan with unlimited slots, dedicated ip, solid state drives, very good doss protection, 24/7 support, MySQL, control panel, FTP access, custom jar suppot and daily backups.

While I do recommend using a dedicated server, it's too expensive for smaller servers. I used AstralGameServers which was alright, they have now been bought by nitrous-networks.com. They are probably a good choice. Good luck, it's a jungle of hosts out there.

Why would he get a dedicated when he only want's 8 GB of RAM?

I don't recommend him getting a dedicated server since it's too expensive. What I am saying is it's generally a better choice. Even though that host also offers dedicated servers.

Why would you even say that? He's probably looking for shared hosting.

Because a VPS should also be in mind (even though it's technically not a fully dedicated server).
