We will be doing large project that will be very profitable and some free ones to get our name out all payments will be through paypal f/f and websites developer and designers will get 75% of their work. Eg $1000 you get $750

I wouldn't do it. My suggestion: No less than 85%. You're just starting and devs could make much more freelancing.

True, I make twice as much as this working alone and more efficiently. It sounds like it is just for the money, not for the happiness and favor of the client.

exactly. It would be different if he was well established. Then he would have more clients for the devs and actually need the 25% for things like hosting and advertising.
