Looking for ideas for an upcoming Drug Server

Hello guys, I've been working on a Drug server for awhile with some other people. A drug server is an economy based survival server using crops to fuel the economy, the main objective is to rankup, similar to a prison server. I'm looking for ideas to make the server more unique and fun to play, we have a small developer team that is very skilled but lacking in ideas. All ideas are welcome!

Not everyone wants to make a server. I figured I would ask to see if anyone had any ideas they were willing to share with me.
