Each year for Christmas, I commission an illustration of each of BuiltByBit's staff members for them to use as an avatar. I then get these individual avatars compiled into a poster design that I physically ship to them as part of their gift! It's a lot of fun and a small gesture of my immense appreciation for each of them.
For the past 5 years, I've commissioned Coco for each of these and had plenty of time to get everything shipped in time for Christmas. This time around Coco is unfortunately unavailable, so I'm looking for another illustrator to commission for these gifts. To ensure that staff get their gifts in time for Christmas I've had to ship them by the 5th of December, which I recognise is far too short of a timeframe to be possible this time around; I'll just ship the posters out a little late. I would still like to have the avatars and posters finalised by the 20th of December or Christmas eve at the very latest.
I'm looking to pay somewhere in the ballpark of $20 to $30 USD per avatar. I'd like 22 individual avatars, so I'm looking to spend $440 to $660 in total.

You'll notice that each of these posters has unique styles for each of the avatars. For each Christmas I encouraged Coco to experiment and try new styles that she otherwise wouldn't be able to use in commissions because they're too risky. With so many profile pictures to do, this is a great opportunity to experiment with trying something new for the artist that we go forward with.
