Willing to pay someone to make a good faction base 80x80 blocks including on obsidian shell around it. So the design must fit inside the obby box (79x79).

Around 100-130 Blocks Tall

This base must include.
- Player Boxes - To store private grinders
- Public Storage Room
- Grinder (Creeper, Enderman, Zombie Pigman, IG)
- TNT Storage
- A nice themed base that reoccurs all around.

Can pay a little, or give semi-og accounts.
