Looking for [item] plugin

If someone could direct me to a site where I could download that plugin, that would be great. I've had a lot of players try using [item] in chat and expecting for their item to be shown, I assume at least, via tooltip when hovering over chat, similar to the tooltip for deluxe chat. Or if this is a custom/premium plugin, I am willing to pay if need be.

I'm looking for a plugin that has a tool tip when hovering over chat like deluxe chat for example, just with item information when typing '[item]' in-game, not a chat plugin. Thanks for taking the time to reply though.

Have you even tried searching in spigot?

I've looked through every page of spigot multiple times before, I haven't seen anything lIke it. There are some similar plugins on bukkit of what I'm looking for but they're heavily outdated.

There is a premium version aswell Ill find it later...

I must have missed that somehow. I saw the premium plugin that does something similar but it wasn't really what I was looking for. If you're refering to the one with custom icons that is. Thanks for the help.
