Today I am looking for a Java Developer who would be willing to developer/code plugins for my server.

This developer would work for free on a server that will have many players once opened. As the server

receives money, there may be pay in the future. You do not have to apply for this position just skype me

with proof of a plugin that you have made before. For the mproject that I will be needing done will be a plugin

that is fully coded but will not work on the server. Also for this position you will HAVE to HAVE SKYPE and BE ACTIVE.

This server will be very popular in the future.

What makes you so sure it'll be popular? If you don't have money to pay a developer, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have any to advertise very much.

I Agree. This is a market place. Everyone here does a specific job. CSS, Html, Java Programming, Offering services. All of it's linked together, and we all get paid for doing that specific service. If you can't pay a developer how will you pay for advertisement?
