LOOKING FOR A JAVA DEVELOPER

I'm looking for a java developer who has extensive experience in working with paper & as an extension folia api. Has worked on at the very least 2-3 big projects whether open source or private that they can show to back up their experience & can work upwards of a 100 hours per month.

non negotiables/must haves
1. must understand folia's threaded region architecture and be able to reason about and enforce thread safety across all plugin logic.
2. able to work 60 to 100 hours a month depending on the amount of work load and the position within the team they secure.
3. able to work with existing code bases & have experience with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code review).
4. Has shipped something to production that handled real player load (not just local testing - Will need working proof of it).

nice to haves
1. Experience with event driven redis pub/sub.
2. Experience in scaling upwards for thousands of live players.
3. Experience with NMS & understanding of packet-level manipulation

After the application, there will be an interview and screening process for the developer to go through before we finalize things, so please don't reach out if you're not comfortable for at length questioning in an interview.
