Hey, I have pretty good experience writing King of the Hill specifically .. I even have my own public resource here http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/king-of-the-hill

It's not updated for 1.9.x or 1.10 but I am currently in the process of doing so. I can write a custom version for you and we can negotiate this further. PM me your skype.
