I own a GT 220v2, digital display tablet.

I love spending my spare time drawing and I would like to consider myself half decent.

Although, with many fails.
I can't seem to do facial expressions on MC characters or Drawing text for logos.

Would be willing to pay for 1 to 1 lessons, on call.
I would suggest you have a decent internet connection, therefore we can draw and whatnot using teamviewer, so you can teach and show the basics to the right facial expressions and techniques.

chocolatecooke Hand-Drawing is a skill picked up by yourself, in my opinion, it really just takes time, practice, and dedication to become good at sketching, drawing, painting, and stuff like that. I personally do not think it's something that can be taught but you can get input from other people on your sketches on this section.

Some people like to have tutorials to tell them exactly what there doing wrong and need to work on. It’s more of a preference thing but YouTube tutorials are great.

I also think you're right,
You can't directly teach someone to draw, but you can guide them and instruct someone how they do it.
If this was not the case, there are many YouTuber with millions of subscribers that would not have multiple successful playlists do exactly that.

I can't seem to get my head around it, therefore, someone's experienced opinion on it shall make it easier on working it out.
