Hey, im lore. I am the manager of the opcoming server Albincraft. Its going to be a non p2w faction server, we will have a store, but no p2w, but i think we will make some money for devs and like that. I know this server is not up an running, but we hope it shortly will be up. The owner of the server might want to introduse him self, but i can take some fast words for him. He was Minecraft creator for the last 6 years, and have desant experience with servers from what i have heard. The plan is to make a huge network, and we are starting out with factions. I hope you can think about this, and join our team. We want a custom faction plugin,so would be nice if you can make that. Got any quetions, or want to join send me a pm Lore#3066

I'm guessing there is no upfront payment? You won't find any good developers without paying them.
