Looking for long term developers(plugin/website)

To start things off here's some background about me. My friend and I have set out to create our own server because of our love for minecraft. My in game name is champ65 and my friends is Auvy and we have been playing minecraft for as long as I can remember. We've played on many servers and the whole concept of them is pretty awesome to us so we want to make our own. We believe we have some pretty cool ideas that would be a a lot of fun for players so we wanna pursue making a server. Through out my many years of player I've been able to see and hear what players like and dislike so I'm going to make sure these things are addressed when making the server.

To make this happen tho we will need help. We are looking for long term developers both on the plugin and website side of things to get us to opening our server. We aren't looking to have plugins made in exchange for compensation then going our separate ways. We are looking for people to join our staff and be a part of the community for a long time. It's more than just a job it's a chance to be apart of a team that works hard to bring the best of the best to our players to make there experience more enjoyable. Yes your work will be compensated for increasingly so as the server grows. You will be expected to finish projects in a timely manor and failure to show up or respond will sadly result in ending the relationship as we need dedicated people. We do understand personal matters, vacation, and things out of your control but notice if possible will be needed and much appreciated.

Plugin Developer:
+Age 16 and up with a high level of maturity
+Fluent in the English language
+Skype or Discord for staying in touch
+Google Drive for access to group documents(such as plugin concepts)
+Experience with bukkit/spigot API's
+Experience with bungee cord API's
+Experience with Get and Post request
+Can work most days throughout the week
+Work well with a team
-Located in the United States
-Available for staff meetings
Website Developer/Designer:
+Age 16 and up with a high level of maturity
+Fluent in the English language
+Skype or Discord for staying in touch
+Google Drive for access to group documents(such as plugin concepts)
+Experience with Get and Post request
+Can work most days throughout the week
+Work well with a team
-Located in the United States
-Available for staff meetings

Not having google drive is something we could work around, it's also not too difficult to set up either but either way you may still apply if you would like.
